  • 3D: Range Officials

    3D Range Officials run the line. They keep people safe. They stay focused and on schedule. They don’t tolerate any poor behaviour, cheatin’ or talk-back. This is a demanding position that earns a lot of respect, thanks and range cred’. Quite possibly the most fun you will have not competing.

    Times: Saturday- 2.5hr shift positions, starting options: 8 or 10:30am, 1 or 3:30pm; Saturday Shootoff- 530pm until finish; Sunday- 2.5hrs shift positions, options: 8 or 10:30am

  • Target: Time Keepers

    Target Time Keepers work with the Target Officials to make sure timing is consistent and precise. Time keepers apply the rules fairly. They are comfortable with technology. They enjoy simple math and work well under time pressure. What’s a competition without a little pressure?

    Times: Saturday- 2.5hrs shift position, starting options: 8 or 10:30am, 1 or 3:30pm; Sunday- 2.5hrs shift position, options: 8 or 10:30am

  • Sales: Lucky Draws

    In competition, there is only one winner. With lucky draws, 50/50 jackpots, and prize raffles you can help many become a winner. Running the ‘prize’ table lets you chat with everyone, test your salesmanship, and possibly even fulfil some dreams. Working comfortably with cash is essential as is just a bit of ‘riz.

    Times: Saturday- 3hrs shift position, starting options: 9am, 12 or 3pm; Sunday- 3hrs shift position, options: 8am

  • Set-Up/Tear-Down

    People helping with this need strong backs, a good sense of humour and a willingness to get dirty. They are selfless and hard working. They are the unsung heroes.

    Times: Friday- 9am until finished (lunch will be provided); Sunday- 3pm until finished (refreshments and bragging rights will be provided)
